The Alpine A310GT, built in France, is one of Europe's most elusive sports cars. Only 8,000 of these hand-built automobiles were built during a fifteen year production from 1971 to 1985, and there are only two dozen of them in the United States. The A310's blood lines include the Alpine A442 (the 1978 24 Hours of Le Mans winner), and the Alpine A110 (the 1971 World Rally Champion). Formula 1 drivers Didier Pironi, Rene Arnoux, Patrick Depailler, and Jean-Pierre Jabouille all raced Alpines during their careers. The A310GT's powerplant is an all aluminum, water cooled SOHC 2.7L V6 PRV engine.

It is rated at 150 horsepower and 183 lbs/ft torque. (The car only weighs 2100lbs.) This car has the optional three Weber 42DCNF carburetors mated to an independent tuner intake manifold. The compression ratio is 10:1. The transaxle is a 5-speed gearbox with a hydraulic clutch. The air conditioner is a rare factory option. The A310GT's body is fiberglass over a tubular steel backbone frame. It has 4-wheel independent suspension, and 4-wheel power disc brakes. The Gotti wheels are OEM. This car has 33,000 miles and is in factory original condition except for an MSD ignition, an extra air intake, and several factory performance upgrades. It is accident free.

It has won awards at various shows, including the 'Rare Bird Trophy' from former Formula 1 World Champion Phil Hill at the 2002 Roadrunner 1000 Rally in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
