Formerly part of The Addison Collection, this Packard Phaeton is recognized by the CCCA as a Full Classic Car. This Model 528 received a comprehensive restoration several years ago, yet still presents astonishingly well in two-tone Burgundy and Oxblood with Ivory pin stripes that match the Ivory-painted steel wheels, including the dual side-mounted spares. Packard offered remarkable wooden-spoke wheels in this era, yet for practicality and durability the steel wheels are the preferred choice. The interior is black leather and topped by a tan Haartz canvas top.

Powered by the robust 288 CI inline 6-cylinder engine with 3-speed manual transmission, the formal car features acres of chrome, a Moto-Meter, a driver’s-side spotlight, rear trunk rack with wood trim and the famous Goddess of Speed hood mascot. This Packard rolls on magnificent wide whitewall tires and is the epitome of early grand motoring: just “ask the man who owns one.”
