The document does not state what caused the damage, so it would be incorrect to make assumptions about its origin. Before starting the repair, the panel should be documented, paint thickness should be measured, and the restoration method should be agreed in advance.

For a 599 GTO, it is essential to preserve the original geometry, materials, and correct paint thickness. Poor-quality bodywork could have a greater effect on the car’s collectible value than the original defect.

Additional Repairs

The estimate also contains several smaller but necessary items.

The fuel-filler cap retaining element is damaged. Its repair costs AED 168.53.
