By its third iteration, the Jensen Interceptor was powered by a colossal 7.2-litre Chrysler-derived V-8 engine producing 330 horsepower. Launched in 1974, primarily for the North American market, a modest 267 Interceptor Convertibles were ever made, making them a rare find indeed.
One of the final Interceptors to roll off of the production line, this example is believed to have left the factory painted black. Though it is not known when it was restored, it now wears an attractive metallic blue hue over its factory-correct black leather-trimmed interior.
Noted to have originally been delivered new to the United States, this left-hand-drive example is fitted with a three-speed Torqueflite automatic transmission, and features air conditioning, a power-folding convertible roof, a louvred bonnet, burr walnut trims, a later Kenwood radio CD player head unit, and an interior plaque dedicated to its original owner.
It is also accompanied by various registration documents showing time spent in the Netherlands, and later France, and is now offered for sale as part of the The Curated Collection. A rare find on the market, this Interceptor Convertible would make a wonderful addition to any classic collection, and will be sought after by marque collectors.

Faisant partie des dernières Interceptor sorties des lignes de production, cet exemplaire était de couelur noire quand il a quitté l'usine et, bien que l'on ne sache pas quand cette voiture a été restaurée, elle porte aujourd'hui une séduisante robe bleu métallisé, avec un intérieur en cuir noir qui correspond aux spécifications correctes d'usine.
Livrée neuve aux États-Unis, cette voiture en conduite à gauche est dotée d'une transmission automatique "Torqueflite" à trois rapports, d'un système d'air conditionné, d'une capote électrique, d'un capot à louvres, d'un tableau de bord en bois, d'un autoradio Kenwood lecteur de CD plus tardif et d'une plaque intérieure dédiée à son premier propriétaire.
Elle est aussi accompagnée de divers documents d'immatriculation qui montrent qu'elle est passée par les Pays-Bas, puis la France, avant de rejoindre "The Curated Collection".
