Desirable short-wheelbase example of Porsche’s iconic first-generation 911
Presented in its original colours of Polorot over a Schwarz leatherette interior

According to an accompanying copy of the Kardex data sheet, this short-wheelbase example of the classic first-generation 911 was sold new in September 1965 via the Hahn dealership in Porsche’s home city of Stuttgart, Germany. Finished in the desirable and popular colour combination of Polorot over a Schwarz vinyl interior, chassis 302303 was equipped from the factory with a Webasto heater, sunroof, antenna, speaker, plus two seatbelts.

While the complete history of this 911 is not known, it was registered in France come 1988 before being sold via Porsche specialist August SA of Ohain in December 2014 to a local resident. The Belgian dealership looked after the car once again in June 2016 when it was acquired by The Curated Collection.

Presented in restored condition and notably retaining its matching-numbers 1,991-cc flat-six engine that delivers 128 horsepower via a five-speed manual transmission, this Porsche 911 will appeal to marque enthusiasts and collectors of significant sports cars.

Selon une copie de son "Kardex" de fabrication usine, cet exemplaire châssis court de la première génération de 911 a été vendu neuf en septembre 1965 par l'intermédiaire de l'agent Hahn, dans la ville même de Porsche, à Stuttgart. Avec une finition dans la combinaison désirable de "Polorot" avec intérieur en vinyle noir, cette voiture (châssis 302303) était équipée d'origine d'un chauffage Webasto, d'un toit ouvrant, d'une antenne, d'un haut-parleur et de deux ceintures de sécurité.

Bien que l'histoire de cette voiture ne soit pas connue dans son intégralité, elle a été immatriculée en France en 1988 avant d'être vendue en décembre 2014 par l'intermédiaire du spécialiste Porsche August SA, basé à Ohain, en Belgique, à un résident local. L'agent belge a encore effectué une révision en juin 2016, date à laquelle elle a été acquise par "The Curated Collection".

Présentée en état restauré et équipée de son moteur d'origine, un 6-cylindres à plat de 1 991 cm3 développant 128 ch transmis aux roues arrière via une boîte manuelle à cinq rapports, cette Porsche 911 saura séduire les passionnés de la marque et les collectionneurs de voitures de sport significatives.
