Ground-up restored in Passion Blue Liquid Pearl Stage III by B&B Manufacturing, this Cobra re-creation roadster has a balanced 427/425hp engine with 11.35:1 compression ratio mated to a Tremec TR3550 Road Race 5-speed overdrive transmission. It has a 9' Ford rear end, 388 gears, 28-spline axles, Lakewood bell housing and Tremec 5.0 Power Tower shifter and a Ram power-grip clutch.

The engine is equipped with AFR heads, cast-steel stroke crank, I-beam bushed rods, Black Jack forged pistons, roller rockers, steel billet hydraulic roller camshaft, Holley 4-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock Performer intake, MSD ignition with external coil, MSD wiring, Performance Hi-Torque mini starter, electric water pump, 4-core radiator, electric cooling fan and a Canton gated 7-quart oil pan. This roadster is also equipped with rack & pinion steering, power 4-wheel disc brakes with 11' front rotors, upper and lower tubular control arms, rear tubular trailing arms, Carrera front and rear adjustable coilover shocks, dual side exhausts and dual 2' chrome roll bars.

The B&B frame design includes an X-member eliminating diagonal twist and a 4' dropped 12-gauge floor pan to further eliminate twist while adding to valuable leg room. Safety features include 12-gauge steel floor pans and steel reinforced doors. Mounted directly to the frame are door hinges, front and rear bumpers and seatbelts. The gas tank is surrounded by the frame and roll bars are mounted to the frame as well. The interior features RCI 5-point harness belts, walnut dash, Faria gauges, Classic Moto-Lita walnut steering wheel, AC aluminum pedals and a flat-panel touchscreen CD/DVD/Bluetooth/USB player with multiple speakers. The trunk is carpeted and houses the fire extinguisher.
