French title Chassis n ° 113042 10014286 - Delivered new in France - Manuals, booklet and hard top - Important file - No reserve This Mercedes-Benz 230 SL Pagode was delivered new in France Royal Elysées on June 15, 1966.

It should be noted that it still has its original service book, its user manual and its hard top. It is equipped with a stainless-steel exhaust system as well as a pair of additional Cibié headlamps. Its engine was replaced at Mercedes Le Havre, garage Lamartine, in August 1988. The documents which come with the car attest that this car remained most of its life in the department of Seine-Maritime, always maintained by the same Mercedes-Benz dealership. Impressed by the state of preservation its current owner acquired it in 2018 while the car had been stopped and stored for a few years.

Eager to perfect the car's condition, he organized a complete overhaul by Mercedes Le Havre, the details of which are available in the file. Another important point, the bodywork was completely redone to remove traces of corrosion related to time before receiving a new paint in its original color, all of which are justified by accompanying invoices. Finally, it should be noted that 5 new tires were shod and that its alpaca top is recent. Its cream-colored livery is combined with a beautiful interior in original brown MB-Tex which is still in very good condition today and new carpets complete the set.

The pagoda SL is a really beautiful car which is easy to use, and thus it is logical that it is more and more sought after by collectors. This example has several plus points to make it more appealing to demanding enthusiasts of this model.
