This is a matching-numbers 1973 Lotus Europa twin-cam coupe. It features a 1577 cc engine mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The engine received a service that included a valve adjustment, new cam cover gaskets, rebuilt carburetors, new plugs and wires, new points, new rotor and condenser, and a new rear bearing. This Lotus features many new parts, including new rear transmission mounts, new rear brake shoes and cylinders, new front calipers, new front and rear brake flex lines, new front trunnions and new tie-rod ends. The electric system has been well-sorted. The exterior is finished in Metallic Tawny Brown and was repainted several years ago. The black interior received a touch-up. This Lotus rides on its factory alloy wheels.
