This 2012 Lexus LFA Nürburgring is one of just 64 with the Nürburgring Package, has less than 2,100 miles and is #349 of the 500 Lexus LFA production. This car is also one of 25 U.S.-spec cars with the Nürburgring Package, named from the pre-production LFA third-place finish at the Nürburgring 24 Hours, and features carbon-fiber aero components (including canards and a fixed spoiler), lower sport-tuned suspension, lightweight 20-inch BBS wheels and more. This example is one of seven U.S. Nürburgring Package cars finished in orange (9K5) and features triple central exhaust outlets, side air intakes, a vented hood, F fender badges and bi-xenon HID headlights with optional washers.
The double-wishbone front suspension is joined by a multi-link rear setup and remote-reservoir monotube dampers. The suspension was tuned for the Nürburgring Edition cars, and ride height was lowered 10mm. Stopping power is provided by black-finished Brembo aluminum monoblock 6-piston front and 4-piston rear calipers over cross-drilled carbon-ceramic rotors. The 10-way power-adjustable heated seats are trimmed in black Alcantara, and matching upholstery and carbon-fiber accents extend to the dashboard and door panels. A carbon-fiber center console was standard on Nürburgring Package cars.
Equipment includes automatic climate control, a Mark Levinson 12-speaker surround-sound system, a CD stereo, Bluetooth connectivity, a hill-assist system, and a Lexus Insider infotainment screen with voice command, navigation and a backup camera. Power comes from a 4.8-liter V10 engine developed with Yamaha producing a rated 562hp and 354 ft/lbs of torque in Nürburgring-specification, paired with an Aisin 6-speed single-clutch automated sequential gearbox that was revised in Nürburgring Package cars for .15-second shift times and paired with a Torsen limited-slip differential sending power to the rear wheels.
