DEIZ GARAGE completed an advanced Stage 3 performance build for the Mercedes-Benz G63, transforming the platform into a high-output yet controllable performance SUV. The project centers around M1100 upgraded turbochargers, supported by a fully redesigned exhaust system with sport catalytic converters and heat-managed stainless-steel piping.

To ensure consistent performance, upgraded intercoolers and auxiliary heat exchangers were installed, alongside a high-flow carbon-fiber intake system. Fuel system upgrades included reinforced HPFP and LPFP components to maintain stability at elevated power levels.

The vehicle was calibrated by Morendi, with custom tuning for ECU, TCU, and CPC to deliver seamless power delivery and refined shift logic. Braking performance was significantly improved through the installation of a carbon-ceramic system featuring 440 mm front and 380 mm rear rotors with forged monoblock calipers.
