Chassis No.: AM330US0646

Engine No.: tbc

Registration: ETH 536V

Produced by Maserati, the Quattroporte is a four-door, luxury sports saloon, for which the name translated from Italian literally means ‘four doors’. There have been six generations of this car; the first was introduced in 1963 and the current model launched in 2013. The Quattroporte IV from 1994 was a restyled, four-door version of the Ghibli II Coupé designed by Marcello Gandini. The new car, smaller than its predecessors, was aerodynamic and featured Gandini's trademark angular rear wheel arch. A 2.8-Litre, twin-turbo, V6 was installed producing 280bhp and reaching a claimed top speed of 158mph.

This Maserati has spent much of its life in a museum in the US resulting in a virtually rust free example of this iconic design. Showing only 24,590 on the odometer, which is thought to be correct although not warranted, this Quattroporte is finished in red with tan coloured trim. The interior of this car is like a piece of furniture, the ruched leather seats are extremely comfortable and the dashboard pleasing to the eye. This lefthand drive example is fitted with automatic transmission and is supplied with a V5C registration document. Recent recommissioning work has been carried out by Brodie Engineering.
