Aston Martin broke new ground when it announced in 2022 that the Vantage Roadster would feature the brand’s acclaimed 5.2-litre, twin-turbocharged, V-12 engine for the first—and last—time. An output of 690 horsepower allied with generous use of carbon fibre delivered a power-to-weight ratio of 367 horsepower per tonne, allowing 0 to 100 km/h in 3.6 seconds and a top speed of 322 km/h.
This superlative open-air performance was complemented by suspension tuned for optimum roadholding, and a widebody design that affords the Roadster an unmistakable presence on the road.
Interest in owning such a landmark Aston Martin was understandably huge, and although production was limited to just 249 examples worldwide, the order book was closed shortly after the car was confirmed. Enthusiasts who missed out will appreciate this opportunity to add the V12 Vantage Roadster to their collection.
This example is offered in desirable Satin Solar Bronze—from the bespoke Aston Martin Q programme—and a Black Alcantara roof, a combination enhanced by an interior finished in Onyx Black and Licht Argento semi-aniline leather. It has clearly been lightly used since being delivered to Germany, having recorded only 425 kilometres at the time of cataloguing.
2022 betrat Aston Martin betrat Neuland mit der Ankündigung, dass der Vantage Roadster zum ersten – und letzten – Mal mit dem gefeierten 5,2-Liter biturbo V12 der Marke ausgestattet würde. Die daraus resultierenden Fahrleistungen können sich ebenfalls sehen lassen: Der Sprint von 0 auf 100 km/h dauert nur 3,6 Sekunden, die Höchstgeschwindigkeit ist mit 322 km/h angegeben.
Passend zu dieser fantastischen Open-Air-Performance wurde auch das Fahrwerk für optimalen Grip angepasst. Das neue Widebody-Design der Karosserie sorgt für einen unverkennbaren Auftritt des Roadsters.
Das Interesse an diesem Meilenstein in der Aston Martin Geschichte war naturgemäß groß, und da die Produktion auf weltweit 249 Exemplare limitiert war, wurden die Auftragsbücher schon kurz nach Bekanntgabe des neuen Modells geschlossen. Fans, die ihre Chance verpasst haben, werden sich besonders über diese zweite Gelegenheit freuen, einen V12 Vantage Roadster ihr Eigen zu nennen.
Das hier angebotene Exemplar wurde in Satin Solar Bronze lackiert – eine Farbe aus dem Aston Martin Individualisierungsprogramm Q – und verfügt über ein Dach aus schwarzem Alcantara. Eine Kombination, die durch einen Innenraum in Semi-Anilinleder in Onyx Black und Licht Argento noch interessanter wird. Dieser Aston Martin wurde ganz offensichtlich nach seine Auslieferung nach Deutschland nur sehr wenig genutzt, denn zum Zeitpunkt der Drucklegung zeigte der Tacho nur 425 Kilometer an.
