When Pierce Brosnan, aka James Bond, stepped out of his Ian Callum designed Vanquish in the 2002 film 'Die Another Day', the legend was born and immediately the successor to the Virage was wanted by every car enthusiast throughout the world. The 6.0 litre V12 gave 450bhp, the car had an early 'flappy paddle' electrohydraulic manual gearbox, fly by wire throttle and of course looks to die for! The Aston Martin legend as the ultimate British sports car was set to continue.

This car was first registered in Nov 2003 as a '2plus2' model and used by a factory director of Aston Martin at Gaydon. The original specification included sat-nav, premium hi-fi, red calipers, rear parking sensors, heated front seats, heated front windscreen and power fold mirrors. Finished in the smart combination of "Tour de France' Blue with navy blue leather upholstery the car was uniquely upgraded with a 'Sports Dynamic Pack' in 2005. This included Vanquish 'S' uprated brakes, wheels, suspension and seats.

The vendor tells us that the service history is compiled of main dealers and a few noted specialists. The last service was carried out by Aston Martin Mayfair in 2011 at 26,500 miles, which included new rear discs and pads. Today we are offering one of the best value Vanquish models on the market, combined with a unique specification upgrade and a known history from new.
