The cumulative effect of these changes doubled the aerodynamic downforce of the RS over that of the GT3 and delivers a substantial increase to high-speed stability and grip. The mechanical changes over the GT3 included an increase in displacement and horsepower—4.0L/500 HP versus 3.8L/475 HP.
