A fine example of VW's first-generation Golf GTI that's been fully restored and tastefully developed with a raft of performance and cosmetic upgrades costing c.£50,000. Originally UK-supplied and first registered in June 1983, this superbly presented GTi has been with its current owner for over 12 years. Powered by an upgraded, fully forged, 2-litre, 16-valve ABF engine producing around 200bhp and rebuilt just 3,000 miles ago. Uniquely finished in classic Porsche Cashmere White (LE9C), it sits on OEM G60 steel wheels wrapped in Yokohamas. The interior has been completely retrimmed in black leather with red stitching, new black carpets throughout and a matching headlining.
