This 1972 Porsche 914 Targa received a 4-year high-quality professional restoration just completed in December 2021 with great attention to detail. The engine is an upgraded 1973 914 2.0-liter rebuilt to a 2.1-liter equipped with modern MegaSquirt electronic fuel injection, and the transmission has been upgraded to a newer side-shift 5-speed. Suspension components feature new, powder-coated 911 front A-arms and 19mm torsion bars, new rear trailing arms with performance HD bushings, and Bilstein front and rear height-adjustable struts with Eibach springs. The exhaust features refinished heat exchangers with copper hardware and refinished performance Monza muffler.

The newly painted exterior has been finished in British Racing Green and features all new lenses, new trim, front air dam, rear apron, Porsche-embossed side skirts, and rechromed front and rear bumpers. All brake components have been replaced and feature Sebro rotors, zinc-plated PMB rebuilt calipers and hard lines, stainless-steel braided flex lines, Brembo pads and an upgraded 19mm master cylinder for increased stopping power. The rebuilt and powder-coated e-brake features zinc-plated spring and internals connected to new German cables.

The factory Fuch wheels have been refinished in the correct matte background with polished petals and lip, all wrapped in new Goodyear Eagle tires, including the spare. The interior is upgraded with a factory center console with VDO gauges and fully reupholstered seats, back pad, door panels, dash, center console, steering wheel and visors. The doors and cabin have been lined with heat and sound insulation, and the cabin interior has been fully insulated and covered with new premium carpet and floor mats. The electrical system features a new fuse box with all exposed wiring covered in a premium loom.

Where possible, LED bulbs have been added, and the underbody, wheel wells and front/rear trunks are sprayed in matching green Raptor paint. All mounting hardware and latches have been replated in gold zinc.
