This Mercedes-AMG E63 S arrived with an existing aftermarket tune already installed. The vehicle underwent a complete calibration review, including datalogging, software analysis, and performance verification.
During the inspection, several areas for improvement were identified, including fuel system calibration and missing thermal protection strategies. A complete re-tune was performed to improve both performance and reliability.
The revised calibration retained factory fueling logic, introduced additional safety measures for GCC operating conditions, and optimized overall engine performance.
Power increased from 690 hp to 750 hp, delivering smoother power delivery, improved drivability, and stronger acceleration while maintaining proper engine protection strategies.
The final calibration was fully tested and verified on the DEIZ DYNO, ensuring stable and repeatable performance under load.
The result is a faster, safer, and more refined E63 S with performance gains supported by proper calibration and reliability-focused tuning.
