This 2023 Audi S8 received a combined Stage 1 ECU and AL552 TCU upgrade focused on increasing power, improving throttle response, and enhancing transmission performance.
Factory output of 571 hp and 800 Nm was increased to 670 hp and 960 Nm, delivering noticeably stronger acceleration and a significantly more aggressive driving character.
The AL552 TCU calibration improves shift speed, transmission response, and overall drivetrain behavior under load, allowing the platform to fully utilize the increased power.
The result is a luxury performance sedan with faster shifting, stronger pull, and improved responsiveness while maintaining everyday drivability.
