Classic 2-litre Alfa Spider with just 58,000 miles and a substantial recent investment of over £25,000. A modern classic by Pininfarina, the simple yet elegant 'Kamm tail' Spider bodywork, which premiered on the 1970 Spider Veloce Series 2, would prove enduringly popular, lasting into the 1990s. The Spider's mechanics were essentially those of the Giulia with independent front suspension, a coil-suspended live rear axle and four-wheel servo-assisted disc brakes, powered by the Giulia Sprint GTV's 132bhp, 2-litre, double overhead-camshaft four.
First registered in 1976, this UK-supplied, right-hand drive 2000 Spider Veloce is fresh from recommissioning as well as an engine and gearbox rebuild. Finished in Rosso Alfa with a black convertible roof over what is believed to be its original red vinyl-trimmed interior.
