DEIZ GARAGE completed a full carbon body conversion for the Porsche 911Turbo S, focusing on aerodynamic efficiency, structural performance, and precision manufacturing. Given the platform’s performance-oriented design, every component was developed with engineering accuracy rather than purely visual intent.
The project included complete design development, 3D scanning, and reverse engineering of the original body panels to ensure exact fitment and correct geometry. The digital model was then prepared for virtual wind tunnel testing, allowing airflow analysis and aerodynamic optimization prior to production.
Once aerodynamic validation was completed, CNC-machined molds were manufactured and prepared for composite production. Each body panel was formed using hand-laid carbon fiber, ensuring precise material placement and consistent quality.
The visible surface layer was produced using 240 g/m² twill carbon fiber, delivering a clean, high-end visual finish. Structural thickness and strength were achieved using 300 g/m² biaxial carbon fabric, selected for its ability to provide maximum mechanical performance and rigidity.
