A well presented example of the model that launched motorised camping.
Built in 1966, this 'Splitty' was imported to the UK and subsequently registered with the DVLA on 13/10/1997. Powered by the traditional 1,600cc flat-four with a 4-speed gearbox and kept in good order for holiday hire. Finished in Pastel White over Tangerine, it sits on 14" steel wheels finished in white with chrome hubcaps and whitewall tyres. The interior is trimmed in a body-matching orange and white colour scheme, with vinyl striped seats to the front and gingham check bench seats to the rear, complemented by black carpeting and a sound system. Supplied with previous MOTs and a book of hand-written notes covering recent maintenance. This 'Splitty' is now ready for a host of new adventures in the hands of its next enthusiast owner.
