It includes PHS paperwork. It is a matching-numbers, rust-free car with original panels. The Lucerne Blue exterior was freshly applied in base coat/clear coat. The black Deluxe interior is also new, including new carpet, seat upholstery, carpet and door panels. It is fully detailed top to bottom. It runs and drives well, powered by a 400ci 8-cylinder engine and an automatic transmission.
