Première Ferrari produite après la mort du " Commentadore " mais toujours l'œuvre du grand carrossier Pininfarina, la 348 est la digne descendante de la 328. Son moteur, un V8 de 3,4 litres développant pas moins de 300cv est des plus efficaces, tout en faisant preuve d'une très grande souplesse. Son dessin, aux nombreuses évocations de la fameuse Testarossa, lui donne un look racé à souhait. Pas étonnant qu'à sa sortie, la 348 fut prise d'assaut par les commandes. Il fallait être patient pour en obtenir une neuve… jusqu'à 4 ans de délai! Dès 1989, deux versions sont proposées: une berlinette (TB) et une targa (TS).
C'est cette dernière version, la plus désirable avec son toit amovible, que nous vous proposons! Achetée par son actuel propriétaire en Suisse en 2017, cette 348 TS se trouve dans un très bel état de présentation et n'affiche que 21.366 km d'origine au compteur, carnet et factures d'entretien à l'appui! Durant sa vie helvétique, elle était entretenue chez Symbol Automobile SA avant de l'être en France chez Pozzi Levallois. Sa dernière " grosse " révision qui comprend le remplacement des courroies, a été réalisée en 2020 et moins de 1.200km ont été parcourus avec la voiture depuis!
Une facture Pozzi de l'année dernière mentionne des pneus et des plaquettes usées à seulement 5%, il y'a 750km de ça. Cette 348, dans sa belle robe Rosso Corsa, ne demande qu'à dévorer le bitume! Its 3.4-litre V8 engine developing over 300 hp is highly efficient, while showing great flexibility. With several evocations of the famous Testarossa, its design conveys a desirable classy look.
It was no surprise that the 348 was submerged with orders when it came out. You had to be patient to get a new one… up to 4 years! From 1989, two versions were offered: a berlinetta (TB) and a targa (TS). It is the latter version that we are offering here, known as the most desirable one with its removable roof! Acquired by its current owner in Switzerland in 2017, this 348 TS is in a very good original condition and only displays a mileage of 21,366 from new, evidenced by its logbook and servicing invoices! During its Swiss life, it was serviced at Symbol Automobile SA before going to France where it was then serviced at Pozzi Levallois.
Including the replacement of belts, its last "major" service was carried out in 2020 and less than 1,200 km have been added on the odometer since then! A Pozzi invoice from last year states that tyres and pads were only 5% worn, 750 km ago. In its beautiful Rosso Corsa bodywork, this 348 is just waiting to be enjoyed on the asphalt!
