Rarely do we see these classic American trucks. Manufactured in 1990 and first registered in the UK on the 1st February 1991, this limited edition Chevy 454 SS is a rare sight on British roads. It is also unusual to find an American truck that has been in the UK from almost new, pleasingly supported with a good service history.
The 454 SS option offers a 7.4 Litre V8 producing 230bhp and 385lb-ft torque, 4-speed auto gearbox, appearance package with black paint, decals, air-dam, fog lights and chrome wheels. Handling package with Bilstein gas shocks, quick steering rack and ABS. The interior is a special red velour trim with A/C, cruise control and radio cassette. This big black beast also benefits from a professionally installed blower and appears to be fitted with a custom stainless steel exhaust system, our vendor describes the acceleration as ‘breath-taking’ and the overall driving experience as very exciting.
