This custom 1991 Chevrolet 454 SS pickup was completely upgraded and restored in 2023. The original 454ci V8 engine received a number of performance parts, including a complete Edelbrock RPM power package with an intake manifold, cylinder heads, camshaft, lifters, pushrods, timing chain set, balancer and all gaskets. Also, it has a Holley stealth sniper, Aeromotive fuel pump, all new fuel lines and AN fittings. This truck is equipped with JBA stainless headers, a full 3-inch stainless exhaust and a 4-inch aluminum performance driveshaft and was professionally tuned.
The upgraded aluminum racing radiator, dual fans and Optima battery are all hiding under some custom inner fenders and closeout panels. It received a full QA1 coilover racing suspension, including front and rear sway bars and front control arms, along with new Wilwood 6-piston calipers, 14-inch disc brakes, pro spindles and master cylinder. It features an Eaton Detroit Truetrac posi-traction 3.73 gear set riding on 20-inch BC Forged race wheels wrapped in Bridgestone tires. The original paint and decals were given a fresh clearcoat that was wet-sanded and polished. The stock HVAC system was upgraded to a Restomod Air system.
The interior features a retro stereo system with Bluetooth, new dash and rear speakers, and two 6-inch subwoofers plus a JBL amplifier. It features all-new weatherstripping, new windshield and new carpet, and the lighting has been upgraded to LED with all-new switching and wiring throughout the truck. CARFAX shows damage report on 10/17/2007: Accident reported: very minor damage with another motor vehicle to right rear.
