The 992.1-generation Porsche 911 GT3 was a defiant celebration of the naturally aspirated engine in a turbocharged era. At the rear, Porsche’s free-revving 4.0L flat-6 produced 502 HP and 346 lb-ft of torque, with six individual throttle bodies helping deliver immediate, linear power all the way to its 9,000-RPM redline. The 7-speed PDK, engineered and tuned specifically for the GT3 and fitted as standard equipment, amplified that responsiveness with near-instantaneous shifts and launch control capable of consistent 2.7-second 0-60 MPH runs in independent testing.
Beneath the unassuming 911 Carrera-based body, a motorsports-derived double-wishbone front axle, adapted from the 911 RSR and 911 GT3 Cup, sharpened steering, while the extensive use of carbon fiber reinforced plastic helped the new GT3 weigh almost exactly the same as its predecessor. Aero elements like the swan-neck rear wing, a defining GT3 cue, contributed up to roughly 150% more downforce in track-oriented settings, and the package was rounded out by track-ready hardware, including massive brakes, center-lock wheels, and a rigid chassis developed to thrive under repeated hard laps.
Completed on December 9, 2021, this GT3 was specified in Paint to Sample Viola Metallic with a matching roof, paired with a black leather/Race-Tex interior stitched in GT Silver. The exterior color scheme was complemented by contrasting Deviated Stitching Interior Package and a suite of deviated-stitching Z-options, while Racing Yellow seat belts, the central tachometer, and Sport Chrono stopwatch dial added further color accents. The GT3’s exterior was sharpened by satin black wheels, carbon fiber mirror upper trims, and Exclusive Design tail lights, with high-gloss carbon fiber trim inlays and door-sill guards continuing the theme inside.
The extra options list was equally well considered, led by Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) with yellow calipers, Full Bucket Seats, and the Carbon Fiber Roof, joined by the 23.7-gallon extended-range fuel tank. Comfort and usability were addressed by the sought-after Front Axle Lift, LED-Matrix Design headlights in Black with PDLS+, BOSE audio, and rear ParkAssist. Manthey Racing, a motorsport and engineering specialist that is majority-owned by Porsche, developed the Manthey Performance Kit for the 992 GT3, offering enhanced factory-approved performance.
Rather than increasing output, the package was engineered to sharpen aerodynamics, chassis setup and braking performance while reducing unsprung mass. With these revisions fitted, Porsche factory driver Kévin Estre recorded a 6:55.737 lap of the Nürburgring Nordschleife versus 6:59.927 for a standard 992-generation GT3.
Equipped on this example, the kit encompasses a new four-way adjustable suspension, Manthey OM-1 lightweight wheels with detachable aerodiscs, and a brake upgrade featuring braided brake lines and upgraded brake pads, complemented by an aerodynamic package comprising a revised front splitter/lip, front flics, a new rear diffuser, and a carbon fiber rear wing with Manthey side plates. Safety enhancements include a Manthey paint-matched roll bar with Schroth five-point harnesses and a Manthey fire extinguisher. Notably, the Manthey upgrades do not compromise the factory warranty, which remains valid on this example until February 15, 2028.
The accompanying clean CarFax Vehicle History Report documents that the car was retained in Florida until 2025, when it was acquired by the current owner, and verifies its low original mileage of 1,372 miles. Today this well-optioned Paint to Sample GT3 remains in like-new condition and is made even more collectable by its Manthey Performance Kit, a coveted, Porsche-aligned suite of aerodynamic and chassis refinements that elevates track capability while preserving the GT3’s naturally aspirated character.
