This 1962 Lincoln Continental was formerly used by President John F. Kennedy and his wife Jackie. This Lincoln is powered by a 430ci V8 engine with original mechanics, paired with an automatic transmission. It is equipped with power steering, power brakes, power windows, power seats and air conditioning. The exterior is Sultana White and features suicide doors. The interior appears in its original Persian Blue with seats in original condition. The car was kept at the Kennedy compound in Florida, and it was used by the family for church on Sunday mornings and for when Jackie Kennedy went shopping in Palm Beach. The Lincoln was purchased by A.K. Roart in the summer of 1963.
Roart later donated the car to the Elliott Museum of Vehicular Evolution in Stuart, FL. The vehicle remained in the museum until it was purchased by Kenneth E. Mausolf of Denver, CO, internationally known for his collection of antique, classic and special-interest automobiles. After years of negotiation, Marvin Carr's One of a Kind in the World Museum in Spokane, WA, acquired this automobile. 52,522 miles (title reads exempt). SOLD ON BONDED TITLE
