Lamborghini has long been known for all-out, uncompromising performance and extreme design, sometimes even at the expense of practicality and comfort. This risky approach has proven successful for the brand, and the Aventador is its poster child. Released at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show, it was the company’s flagship V-12 supercar until 2022 and initially came equipped with the 691-horsepower 6.5-liter L539 V-12 engine paired with all-wheel drive and a single-clutch automated manual transmission. Subsequent iterations included the increasingly more powerful S, SV, and SVJ variants, but for its grand finale, Lamborghini released the LP780-4 Ultimae—the most powerful Aventador ever made.

Lamborghini turned up its naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V-12 to deliver 769 horsepower, 78 horsepower more than the original and 10 horsepower more than the hardcore SVJ. The uprated engine rockets the Ultimae to 62 mph in just 2.8 seconds, despite the continued use of a single-clutch seven-speed automated manual transmission. In addition to the increased output, the Ultimae offers many of the Aventador’s most desirable options as standard, including carbon-ceramic brakes and rear-axle steering, which was launched with the Aventador S. Of the 600 total Ultimaes produced, only 250 were roadsters, ensuring that they will remain sought-after for years to come.

Chassis 11441 was shipped new to Lamborghini Beverly Hills and delivered to an avid Lamborghini collector in August of 2022, its first and only owner. A unique and striking specification, it is finished in matte Verde Turbine paint, a $17,500 option, with a two-tone Nero Cosmus and Bianco Polar Alcantara interior, which could only be selected through the exclusive Ad Personum customization program. The exterior is further accented with optional bronze brake calipers, Monolock forged wheels, and a high-gloss hardtop.

Other notable options include the Lamborghini Sensonum audio system, the travel package, mirror housings in carbon fiber, C-pillars in matte carbon fiber, and the T-shaped engine cover and engine-bay X-frame in carbon fiber. In total, the car came equipped from the factory with $50,000 in options.

Scarcely used, this Aventador Ultimae now shows just 195 original miles, accumulated exclusively by its original owner. With the era of naturally aspirated Lamborghinis soon coming to a close, this stunning LP780-4 offers a chance to for the supercar collector or marque enthusiast to enjoy its final iteration in practically new condition.
