Finished in Modena Green with black interior, the original colour combination from new. Having just been completed after a 19 year restoration, this RS presents in outstanding condition throughout. Rebuilt from a bare shell with every component receiving attention. Believed to be matching numbers, a real rarity on a Ford of this age. Mechanically standard with the exception of the head which has been updated, however the original head will accompany the car should the new custodian wish to revert to full factory specification. Although MOT-exempt, the Escort was recently presented for an MOT inspection, passing without advisories and now current until April 2026.
