Dodge built just 503 of the now famous Daytona winged coupe, barely enough to qualify it for NASCAR homologation. This low production number directly resulted in making the Daytona a far rarer machine than the Plymouth Superbird that followed in 1970. Sold new in Denver, Colorado, this good-looking Hemi Orange example is an exceptional find, having spent over 20 years tucked away in a Nebraska restoration shop before receiving a complete rotisserie restoration. A date-code correct 440/375 HP Magnum engine, console-shift automatic, power steering and brakes and bucket seats highlight the list of features.
