Chrysler’s New Yorker was offered in a variety of body styles in 1956; from a stylish convertible to the spacious Town & Country station wagon. This two-door hardtop is one of 4,115 such produced. It is powered by the Fire Power Hemi V-8 and an automatic transmission with pushbutton control from the dashboard. It also has a pushbutton AM radio and power brakes. Chrome Kelsey-Hayes-style wheels with wide whitewall tires adorn the white exterior. The black and white interior is in presentable and usable condition. This is a very nice restoration candidate or could simply continue to be maintained as a regular driver to be enjoyed every day.
