On AUTO.AE, efficient team management is essential for a successful showroom. The Users and Roles section in your AUTO.AE Business dashboard allows you to control employee access to different sections and features, assign responsibilities, and create custom roles.

👤 Current Roles List

This section shows all existing roles in your showroom. Examples include:

• Car Sales
• Manager

For each role, you can see which sections employees have access to:

• Analytics
• Car Sales
• Rentals
• License Plate Sales
• Other functions

There is an Edit button to modify a role’s permissions or restrict access to certain sections if needed.

📝 Users / Employees List

Here you can view all your showroom employees:

• Email and name of each employee
• Assigned roles

This allows you to quickly see who is responsible for what and control each team member’s permissions.

⚙ Creating New Roles

The Users and Roles section allows you to create new roles with custom permissions.

When creating a role, you can:

• Set a role name
• Configure access to sections using checkboxes

• Can create, modify, and delete listings
• Can manage promotions

License Plate Sales

• Access to ads for sale (license plates)
• Can create, modify, and delete listings

• Can manage bookings and approve/deny requests

Customer Relations

• Access to Chat, Callback, and Credit sections
• Can modify credit parameters
• Access to Leads section

Wallet

• Access to the Wallet section
• Can top up the wallet

Showroom Information

• Can edit main showroom info, addresses, and contacts
• Access to Notifications and Tariffs settings

Users and Roles

• Access to the Users and Roles section

Reviews

• Access to Reviews section
• Can respond to reviews

• Access to the showroom Blog
