This specific project involved a full-vehicle PPF wrap following a complete disassembly procedure. Removing trim, handles, lights, and emblems is not standard practice, but for us, it is essential to achieve a seamless, "factory-installed" appearance where the film wraps completely around every panel edge, leaving no exposed lines or potential lifting points.
The material selected was Legend PPF, renowned for its crystal-clear finish and long-term protective capabilities against stone chips, minor abrasions, and chemical stains. Our technicians dedicated significant time to meticulous surface preparation, ensuring absolute cleanliness and decontamination. This rigorous prep stage is what enables us to forego the use of primer entirelу.
The installation itself emphasized mastering complex geometries. Areas like the G63’s iconic front grille surround, wheel arches, and door handles were treated with specialized techniques to avoid stretching marks or trapped debris. Our internal quality control process is relentless, inspecting each panel under intense lighting to eliminate any possibility of defects.
