Introduced in 2008 as the ultimate evolution of the Europa S, the SE combined refined GT comfort with Lotus’ hallmark handling precision, powered by a turbocharged 2-litre engine and a 6-speed manual gearbox. Finished in Aspen White metallic with a contrasting black and red leather interior, this car is confirmed by its Lotus Certificate of Provenance to be the only right-hand drive Europa SE produced in this configuration. The 2-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine delivers approximately 225bhp to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission, providing balanced performance and agility typical of the marque.
The car has covered just 27,300 miles from new and has been maintained exclusively by authorised Lotus dealers, serviced every 2,000–3,000 miles or 12–18 months, with the most recent service completed in July 2025 at 27,050 miles. Originally supplied new by the Stratton Motor Company of Norwich in August 2009, it was sold back to them in 2013 before being acquired by the current owner, who has cherished it for the past 12 years, always garaged and used sparingly as a second car.
