A delightful example of the second generation XR2 with the post-1986, 96bhp, 'lean-burn' engine with revised cylinder head and carburettor. Finished in Rosso Red with grey striped cloth interior and tilt/remove sunroof. Treated to a cosmetic restoration in recent years and the paintwork continues to present well. Still retaining its 'pepper-pot' alloys and factory-fitted radio/cassette. This little hot-hatch offers an excellent route into classic car ownership and t. he market for 1980s 'Performance Fords' continues to strengthen.
