Introduced at the 2016 Geneva Auto Show, the Aston Martin DB11 served as an evolution of the DB9, where its predecessor’s aluminum platform chassis was lightened and stiffened, while the Marek Riechman-designed body utilized both aluminum and composite materials to lower overall weight. Under the hood, the new DB11 came with either a 4.0L twin-turbocharged Mercedes-Benz V-8 engine or a 5.2L Aston Martin-built V-12, mated to an 8-speed ZF automatic transmission. In 2023, the Vantage’s engine was upgraded to a twin-turbocharged 5.2L V-12 that produced a whopping 690 HP and 555 lb-ft of torque.
This potent powerplant was mated to an 8-speed ZF automatic gearbox and limited slip differential that enabled the Vantage to accelerate from 0 to 60 MPH in a scant 3.4 seconds, with a top speed of 200 MPH. The example on offer is one of just 333 Limited Edition 2023 Aston Martin V12 Vantages produced and sports just 1,737 miles on its odometer.
