          Chassis No.: SCFFCCCD1AGE12152 • Special order Storm Black metallic • Comprehensively serviced The Aston Martin DBS was a grand tourer based on the DB9 and replaced the 2004 Vanquish S as the flagship model. The DBS name had been used once before on their 1967-72 grand tourer coupé and the modern car was officially unveiled at the 2007 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance on 16th August 2007, followed by the more traditional 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show. The convertible version of the DBS, dubbed the DBS Volante, was unveiled at the 2009 Geneva Motor Show, followed this time by the 2009 Concours d'Elegance. Impressively, the roof could also be opened or closed even at speeds up to 30mph. Other features included rear-mounted six-speed manual or optional six-speed Touchtronic 2 automatic gearbox and a Bang and Olufsen BeoSound DBS in-car entertainment system with 13 speakers. The DBS was selected to be the service issue Aston Martin for the 2006 James Bond movie Quantum of Solace and starred in a record-breaking action sequence towards the end of the film and an exhilarating opening scene for Daniel Craig's second outing as Bond. This example of James Bond’s favourite, the DBS, was first registered on 6th April 2011 to its first owner. Specified with special order Storm Black metallic paint with Obsidian Black and Lords Red contrasting leather trim and black hood, 20-inch diamond turn wheels, heated and memory seats. This 2+2 was a bespoke order and was owned for just over two years before being sold through Aston Martin to its second owner. Purchased in September 2016 and owned for nearly a decade thus having been in long term ownership, the car is offered with a comprehensive service record with the most recent expenditure being several thousand pounds spent in April 2024 including new headlights and in May 2025 (800 miles ago) it was treated to a service and various maintenance with a bill of £6,282. Offered with an MoT test certificate with no advisories until September 2026, the glass key and service key and original book pack, our vendor describes this as a 10/10 with no faults. One of the most iconic modern-day classics and in glorious Volante form so that you can hear that fabulous V12 over the Bang and Olufsen stereo, this is sure to be a car that appreciates with age…just like the DB5.           Chassis No.: SCFACOSP29GE00870 Sold for an undisclosed fee • Full Aston Martin Service History • Under Aston Martin warranty • Remarkable condition The DBS was arguably the very peak of Aston Martin’s ‘VH-platform’ era of the 2000s and early 2010s. Possessing a portfolio of the prettiest cars of the era – including the Vantage, Rapide, and DB9 – ‘Britain’s most stylish’ brand brought back the ‘DBS’ badge from their groundbreaking grand tourer of the 60s for their new flagship when it was launched in August 2007. The new model brought with it more aggressive styling, including tastefully applied carbon fibre highlights, and liberal use of carbon fibre in its construction: the bonnet, boot, front wings, door surrounds, and boot compartment all benefit from the lightweight material. Carbon ceramic brakes were also fitted – a first for an Aston Martin road car, and the snarling V12, a hallmark of Aston’s VH platform cars, was uprated to produce 510bhp, and a whopping 420lb.ft of torque. It's impossible to separate the DBS from a certain silver-screen secret agent. In 2006’s Casino Royale, Daniel Craig famously crashed one heavily – with the help of an air cannon – and in 2008’s Quantum of Solace, he was involved in a particularly heated car chase, which left more than a few marks on his DBS. Thankfully, our vendor has taken much better care of his DBS than 007 did. Our vendor has gone to painstaking lengths to ensure that his DBS remains in the best possible condition over the seven years he’s owned the car, spending £15,000 on it last year alone. It’s been serviced and maintained at Aston Martin Nottingham, and stored inside, for the last seven year. The car also comes with 12 months’ MOT, and an extended Aston Martin warranty. The Touchtronic 2 gearbox performs faultlessly, and – if former CEO Ulrich Bez is to be believed – provides quicker gear changes than the manual ‘box. The carbon splitters and diffuser on the front and rear, respectively, have both been replaced, and are immaculate – which any DBS owner will tell you is rare. Rarer still is to find a DBS of this generation in such excellent condition, with the service history of this one.           Chassis No.: SCFFCCCD5AGE11831 Engine No.: AM08/26290 Sold £79,508 | Sold A classic grand tourer in the truest sense and based on the DB9, it replaced the Vanquish in 2007. Obviously, as an Aston, it featured in a number of Bond movies most notably, Quantum of Solace with Daniel Craig, making full use of the 6.0-litre, V12 in front of him. The volante version, as this car is, offers a fully retractable fabric roof folding into the compartment located behind the seats in just 14 seconds. Transmission features a six-speed ‘Touchtronic 2’ automatic gearbox with a Bang & Olufsen Beosound DBS in-car entertainment system with no fewer than 13 speakers as if the exhaust note was not resounding enough. Fitted with additional carbon ceramic disc brakes to the striking 20-spoke alloy wheels, the tyres remain in good order all round. Under inspection, the Quantum Silver paintwork appears to be in excellent condition. There are light abrasions to the front off-side splitter and rear boot trim piece but little more to criticise. The interior is a lovely Lords Red Caithness leather space with Obsidian Black contrasting panels, well looked after with full length Piano Black fascia trim.
