This Jaguar XKR-S GT is one of only 25 examples produced for the United States and has traveled just 47 miles since hewn into existence at Castle Bromwich. This very first of its line was delivered new to Jaguar Monmouth in Ocean Township, New Jersey, and stands ready to deliver on its track-ready street-legal promise of 0-60 MPH in just 3.9 seconds and a 186 MPH top speed. Under the louvered hood is an aluminum 5.0L V-8 with direct injection, quad camshafts, dual air-to-liquid intercoolers and a twin-vortex supercharger for 550 HP at 6,500 RPM and 502 lb-ft of peak torque. The 6-speed ZF automatic transmission with console and paddle-shift control delivers power through a limited-slip differential and rear wheels. Adaptive independent suspension in the bonded-aluminum chassis is equipped with increased-rate double springs, height-adjustable dampers. Carbon-ceramic disc brakes with 6-piston front and 4-piston rear calipers extract maximum road and track control from the 20-inch forged-alloy wheels and Pirelli Corsa tires. The aluminum body was prepared with a wind-tunnel-tested and race-proven combination of aerodynamics and finished in XKR-S GT exclusive Polaris White and black racing-stripe livery. An extended carbon-fiber front splitter, dive planes and aluminum front undertray meet a rear carbon-fiber deck spoiler and diffuser for more than 300 pounds of downforce. The driver-focused interior is upholstered in carbon charcoal suede and leather with red stitched piping and XKR-S GT specific embroidered logos. An active-performance exhaust system with load-sensitive valving joins a 525-watt Bowers and Wilkins audio system for pitch-perfect entertainment. If you are looking for one of the rarest modern Jaguars ever built, the XKR-S GT is hard to beat. https://www.mecum.com/lots/306008/2014-jaguar-xkr-s-gt-coupe/
