Built as a collaboration between Honda and Rover, the Rover 800 was introduced in 1986 as the successor to the iconic SD1. A close relative of the Honda Legend, the 800 was offered in saloon, coupe and fastback configurations with a range of both Rover and Honda engines. The 820 Si was added later in 1988, and it was fitted with Rover's 2.0-litre naturally aspirated 16v four-cylinder petrol engine developing 131bhp.
With a styling similar to the SD1, this 1990 820 Si is a fastback model that has a very low mileage of just 26,200 miles. It's presented in a very good condition both inside and out, and the 2.0-litre engine is said to be running and driving well. There is also a large history file. Overall, this is an excellent example of a Rover that's becoming increasingly rare.
