One of only 1,500 built, this 20th anniversary Trans Am also was built to commemorate a similar Firebird being utilized as the Pace Car for the 1989 Indianapolis 500. Ads from the period mention the car is finished in Firebird White and the interior is presented in tan. The car is powered by a 3.8-liter, 250-hp intercooled and turbocharged V-6 engine that is matched to an automatic transmission. This car is reported by the current owner to be a 53,519 actual mile car that features air conditioning, AM/FM/cassette with steering wheel controls, tilt wheel, special badging, factory lattice-style gold alloy wheels; power windows, steering, brakes, and hatch.
