One of less than 20 examples of this potent luxury roadster converted by Brabus to SV12 Roadster-specification featuring a 6.3-litre twin-turbocharged V12, generating 640 PS and enabling a top speed of 212mph when new. The Mercedes-Benz Brabus SV12 BiTurbo Roadster is an exceptionally rare and highly sought after showcase of Brabus Engineering, combining extraordinary performance with grand-touring refinement.
Building on the R230-generation Mercedes-Benz SL600, the Brabus 5.5-litre V12 was enlarged to 6.3-litres and features a milled crankshaft, larger pistons, precision-balanced rods and specially machined cylinder heads accommodating bespoke camshafts. All Brabus SV12 BiTurbos feature a stainless steel high performance exhaust system with lower flow resistance and metal catalysts with engine management being taken care of by bespoke electronics. 640PS and. 1,026Nm. of torque are despatched to the rear wheels via a reinforced 5-speed automatic transmission and Brabus self-locking differential. The result is immense real world performance, delivered with remarkable smoothness and refinement.
On offer here is one of only three known UK examples of this potent luxury roadster and it was supplied new on 20th January 2004, finished in gleaming Obsidian Black with an Exclusive Red leather interior, contrasting black ash veneers and is beautifully detailed throughout. It sits on freshly refurbished 20" Brabus Monoblock VI alloy wheels shod with new tyres and features Active Body Control suspension with axle lift, bi-xenon headlights, Parktronic sensors, adaptive cruise-control (Distronic), and a Brabus aerodynamic package.
The car is accompanied by Mercedes-Benz main dealer and local garage maintenance records, a history file dating back to 2004, Mercedes-Benz handbooks and manuals, a selection of maintenance invoices, and a soft indoor car cover. Recent attention includes a service in August 2025 (including spark plugs, tyres and wheel refurbishment) and new engine and auxiliary batteries were fitted in October 2025. Remaining in current ownership for the past three years as part of a private collection, it has covered a mere 30,459 miles from new, and is presented with an MOT valid until August 2026 (no advisories).
