  • Nearly €30,000 of work carried out since 2022
  • Engine and gearbox restored by Lancia specialist Maturo
  • Numerous technical upgrades
  • Full known history from new

With its fantastic 'rally car white' livery and iconic Martini stripes (Jolly Club Lancia's long-time sponsorship partner), the Martini 5 wore all the Evo's body improvements including the enlarged flares and adjustable spoiler. Changes to the cabin included high-back adjustable Recaro bucket seats and interior trim finished in stunning black Alcantara with red stitching and HF logos embossed on the headrests, an Alcantara headliner, and red seatbelts. A sport steering wheel was added, as well as a numbered plaque at the base of the shifter specifying its build sequence among the limited run.

The Integrale featured arguably the greatest gauge design in existence, proving to be one of the most stylish, retro, yet easy to read displays. The Martini 5 was much more than stickers and stripes, boasting all the Evoluzione upgrades to the engine power output, as well as revisions to the suspension, brakes and wheels, gained through lessons learned on the gruelling special stages of Monte Carlo, Portugal, Finland, and San Remo. With a proven all-wheel drive system, rally-bred suspension and a potent turbocharged engine, this was one of the most achingly desirably compact cars at the time.

Couple that with impeccable styling (by none other than Giorgetto Giugiaro), including aggressive fender flares and timeless Martini livery, the HF Integrale Evoluzione Martini 5 was destined to be a hero car for anyone who followed rallying during the heyday of Group A. 54th example of this limited series of 400, this Lancia Delta Martini 5 was produced in June 1992 before being registered in July 1992, in Pavia, Italy, under the number PV806000. On 2 September 1992, it was acquired by its first owner, Findata Finanziamenti SPA, for a price equivalent to €32,536 today. It changed hands on 23 June 1995, to Renzo Marcelletti, in Rome.

On 13 September 1996, Fabrizio D'Innocenzo became its owner, still in Rome. According to a service record by Rosati Auto Srl, it had 29,200 km on 27 February 1997. On 12 March 1997, it was acquired by its fourth owner, Alba Pesce also in Rome. Later, the Martini 5 came into the possession of British national Clive Richard Greenhalgh, living in Spain, and was registered in the UK under the number J907 GGO. In January 2012, a service at Talleres Rotor in Spain recorded 79,000 km on the odometer. Subsequently, the car was purchased by Renaud Henz, in Marbella. Between 2012 and 2013, the Delta was entrusted to Cronique Esport, still in Spain, for extensive restoration work.

The engine was disassembled and received new, more aggressive camshafts, new connecting rods, a new turbo and new ignition. The bodywork was also addressed, repairing various corrosion spots and cracks, all enhanced by a new paint job and the application of new Martini 5 decals. Finally, the suspension received performance upgrades, while strut braces were fitted to reinforce the chassis and prevent future cracks. These works are documented in a photo album. In 2013, the Delta was registered in Spain under the number 9687 HVR, before changing hands again in March 2015, at around 100,000 km. The current owner acquired it from Girardo & Co. in 2022.

In August 2022, the car received extensive attention at Officina Delta, France, including clutch and turbo replacement, suspension upgrades, and the installation of a rear reinforcement kit in line with Lancia's recall campaign. In 2023, again at Officina Delta, the car was fitted with a new starter motor and received bodywork touch-ups. In June 2025, the Delta was entrusted to Maturo Cars B.V. for a gearbox rebuild with upgraded Maturo bearings; at the same time, the air conditioning system was fully overhauled and returned to working order.

Finally, between December 2025 and February 2026, the Delta was once again entrusted to Maturo for an engine rebuild, carried out using higher-performance components and a new engine management system. The quality of the work was confirmed by a dyno test producing 333 horsepower and 466 Nm of torque. It is worth noting that the car is equipped with a cleverly integrated diagnostic display in the dashboard, allowing real-time monitoring of engine data. It also features a rare optional Martini Racing steering wheel.

Showing 113,000 kilometres and offered with its French registration document and an extensive history file including invoices and restoration photographs, this Delta HF Integrale Evolution Martini 5 is not only from a highly desirable limited series, but also a very well-maintained example fitted with numerous specific upgrades aimed at improving performance, reliability and driving comfort.

Restauration et préparation mécanique par Maturo Cars BV 1991 Lancia Delta HF Integrale Evoluzione Martini 5 Châssis No. ZLA831AB000562373 Martini 5 No. 054/400

  • Historique connu depuis l'origine
