A simply remarkable example of Ford's second-generation Transit Minibus, recently recommissioned, low ownership and less than 23,000 miles from new.
An original, UK-supplied, right-hand drive, Mk2 Transit Minibus supplied new by Don Everall Motor Sales in Wolverhampton and delivered on 01/03/1985. Impressively presented in gleaming Cardinal Red over an excellent grey cloth interior. Originally ordered in 'Custom'-spec which included a front spoiler, dash mounted clock and larger steering wheel. Just two former registered keepers and 22,719 miles indicated at the time of cataloguing. According to our vendor, a. ll the body panels, wings, doors, bonnet, rear doors, valances and door steps appear to be in excellent condition.
Just fully recommissioned including a new timing belt, water pump, carburettor, battery, alternator and belt, coil, brake overhaul including front brake discs, pads, rear wheel cylinders, brake shoes, brake pipes, heater hose, and engine service including spark plugs, oil and filter. £1,500 spent in the last couple of months on recommissioning after long term storage. Original Ford push-button radio, wheel trims and jack/wheel brace. Original stamped service book along with various service/repair invoices, previous MOTs and the current MOT valid until January 2027.
