This 2012 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 was built by Chevrolet as an official pace car for the 2013 Indianapolis 500. The powertrain and chassis remain factory stock, including the 638hp 6.2-liter supercharged V8 engine and 6-speed manual transmission. It has been modified to include all of the 2013 60th Anniversary Package equipment, including the Blue Diamond leather-wrapped interior accented with suede, 60th Anniversary badging and full-length Pearl Silver Blue racing stripes. It also features race-style lap belts, and the required safety strobe lighting system was added and remains intact.
