The Brabus 800 leaves me with mixed feelings. On the one hand, it has insane power and a sound that makes everything inside you vibrate. Every time I hit the gas, my adrenaline skyrockets, and it feels as if the road gets shorter. On the other hand, I often get tired of its size in the city—parking becomes a challenge, and on Deira’s narrow streets, you feel uneasy. It’s comfortable to drive on Sheikh Zayed Road, with excellent visibility, but traffic can be a bit much: the engine is constantly reminding you it’s there, so you can’t expect peaceful silence in the cabin. On the highway, the car simply flies, and overtaking takes seconds, but you need to keep a firm grip on the wheel. Sometimes I think it’s too aggressive for everyday errands, but as soon as I start the engine, all my doubts disappear.
