As soon as you get behind the wheel, you realize this car wasn’t made for leisurely drives. The seating position is low, the seats are firm, and the engine is deafening even in the parking lot. The acceleration is so fierce that sometimes it feels as if the road is disappearing beneath the wheels. The handling is razor-sharp, and you can take corners without the slightest hint of uncertainty—but you can’t relax either; you have to stay focused at all times. It feels rather cumbersome in the city: curbs, speed bumps, and traffic wear you out faster than in an ordinary car. But on an open road or out of town, it’s pure exhilaration. Every mile delivers the kind of thrills that make you want to get behind the wheel again, even when you know the drive will demand energy and attention.
