I tested the new Chevrolet Groove, and it's a perfect little car for Dubai's city life. It's very easy to drive in the city and to park in tight spots. On Sheikh Zayed Road, it feels okay, but it's small for very high speeds. I wouldn't take it deep into the desert. The best part is the air conditioner – it works very well in the crazy summer heat!

It's comfortable for short trips in traffic. For long drives to other emirates, the engine can feel a bit loud. The fuel economy is great, and insurance and service costs in the UAE are very low, which is a big advantage.

Pros: Easy to park, great AC, low price, cheap to run. Cons: Not powerful for highways, small inside, not for desert trips.

It's not for showing off. It's a smart, practical car for students, young professionals, or as a second car for city errands. A great first car for Dubai!
