I bought the 8 Series six months ago and haven’t regretted it once.

The car looks very stylish, and I’m always catching admiring glances at traffic lights. It’s very comfortable inside, and every detail has been thoughtfully designed. The air conditioning is a lifesaver in our heat—it cools the cabin in just a couple of minutes, even if the car has been sitting in the sun all day. Driving around Dubai is a pleasure: on Sheikh Zayed Road, it’s so smooth and quiet that sometimes you forget how fast you’re going. The engine is almost inaudible, which I love. Parking is easy thanks to the cameras all around. The downsides are that the trunk is a bit small—you can’t bring home much from IKEA—and it uses quite a lot of gas, around 12 liters per 100 km. Insurance cost about 10,000 a year. But every time I get behind the wheel, I feel special. This is the kind of car that makes you want to find excuses to go for a drive—even a trip to the store for bread is a pleasure!
