This 1959 Pontiac Catalina was cosmetically restored, including a repaint in Mandalay Red. Power is provided by a 389ci V8 engine backed by a 3-on-the-tree manual transmission. Nearly $6,000 was spent on a major service of the suspension, new timing gear and cover sets, new water pump, new belts, a complete tuneup and oil change. It also included installation of a Pertronix ignition, new spark plugs, wires, coil and alternator. The interior has been refreshed with new upholstery and carpets. The DeLuxe steering wheel is accompanied by a complete set of functional gauges and switchgear, including a Wonder Bar AM radio.
