A right-hand drive Evolution IV presented in Scotia White, on offer from a private collection at a sensible estimate. Introduced in 1996, the fourth-generation Lancer Evolution represented a significant development of Mitsubishi’s rally-inspired saloon. The Lancer platform was redesigned in 1996, and along with it, the Evolution. The engine and transaxle were rotated 180° to better balance the weight and eliminate torque steer. The GSR and the RS shared a new twin-scroll turbocharger which helped to improve response and increase power to 276bhp and 260lb/ft of torque.
This, right-hand drive, Evo IV GSR is finished in Scotia White with a red and black interior complete with factory Recaro sports seats. Indicating 105,003km (65,246 miles) UK-registered on 01/10/2007 and showing two former registered keepers on the V5, its last MOT, issued with no advisories, expired in April 2021. Stored for many years in a heated storage facility, it starts and runs but will require recommissioning prior to road use.
